Order confidence
Quality and supply process
Every quotation should make the model, commercial terms, and required documentation clear before an order is confirmed.
Model review
We review the complete designation, dimensions, closure, clearance, precision, brand reference, quantity, and application notes supplied with the RFQ.
Quotation confirmation
The quotation identifies the offered model, quantity, unit, lead time, packing basis, shipment term, and any point that still requires buyer approval.
Inspection requirements
Required certificates, inspection records, samples, photographs, or third-party inspection must be agreed before order confirmation because availability depends on the product and source.
Packing and shipment
Inner packing, export cartons, pallet requirements, labels, shipping marks, destination, and transport method are confirmed against the order.
